We had a wonderful time in Reno this past weekend, topped off with a gorgeous trip across the Sierras on the Amtrak #5 California Zephyr. There’s nothing quite like train travel, and when there’s time, it is the perfect change from the usual drive or flight.

I’ve been in Reno for the last couple of days, which is why I’ve not been posting. We are visiting some friends, and my wife is doing a piano workshop.

I’ve been working my head around some ideas I’m seeing out in the “Bloggerdome” and I’m curious about where it is headed. I’m noting a lot of attention being put on “pro-blogging” and putting ads up on your blog to make money. I don’t really have anything against the idea of putting ads up… especial [...]

I’m on a few people’s e-mail lists and once in a while I get internet-humor-hoax-tirade-meme letters sent to me. I hate them. Totally, completely, utterly despise them.

There is so much to be written about Violence in Games. It has been a particularly focal topic for me of late, due to some great discussions with Josh over on Cathode Tan (as I had mentioned previously).

I’ve got so much going on in my head right now… so many things I want to write about here and I just haven’t had the time.
