Happy Birthday Bryce!

Today was my son Bryce’s birthday. He’s 11, and I’m so very proud of him! Hooray for Bryce! I’m so excited about the world he gets to grow up in. A world where it is increasingly easy to build a creative life. What a great time to be !!

Sunshine by Robin McKinley

I just finished reading Sunshine by Robin McKinley. Yes, I am suddenly a sucker for vampire books (no pun intended), but this is really, really fabulous. Not perfect, but close. Just below Vamped on my list, but only just.
